Southlake Castle House
This project involved the complete replacement of a large residential roof in Southlake, Texas. The existing roof was over 25 years old and had seen its fair share of storms and wear and tear. We removed the old roof and replaced it with a new slate roofing system that included new roofing materials, flashing, underlayment, and vents.
The Outcome
The new roof was designed to be more durable and energy efficient, while upgrading the aesthetic appeal that the homeowner desired. In addition to the roof replacement, we also provided some minor repair and maintenance services to the existing gutters, soffit, and fascia. The project was completed on time and within budget, allowing the homeowner to enjoy the peace of mind that comes with a quality roof replacement.
